The silly harem antics and OP crafting mechanics of the MC continue with the conquest (liberation?) of the capital being planned and executed. It is an entertaining read where neither plot nor characters should be taken too seriously. If you got to volume 6 that should not come as a surprise though. Curious what is going on in the Holy Kingdom although I don't expect any big twists. So, fun read, nothing ground breaking or spell binding, but exactly what I expected.
It's nice to read a book where the main character acts their age instead of that of a 10-year brat. (this is a review more of the series than a particular volume number) Most of the characters are likeable, personality wise, and don't trigger red relationship flags.
It's time for Kousuke and the Liberation Army to retake the Kingdom of Merinard. We get a lot of character reunions as they seek to ultimately conquer Merinesburg and push back the Holy Kingdom. Kousuke continues to passively acquire more harem members, but he isn't at all sad about it. It was a pretty entertaining book, although it seemed to end abruptly. Hopefully, Volume 7 is on the way soon.
