This is a nice addition to your nursery or reading room. The book contains many of the classic Disney tales wonderfully adapted for easy read. Each story is accompanied by wonderful illustrations, and the stories have been beautifully shortened to make for perfect reading length to keep your youngsters attention.
Like other Disney hardbacks in this series (e.g., Disney's Christmas Stories, Disney's Storybook Collection), the book itself is a beautiful thing. Glossy, thicker paper with silver-edges complement wonderfully colorful pictures and large print stories. The stories are shortened versions of many of the Disney classics (at least those that feature animals). The good side is that you get a sampling of many different stories.
I really enjoyed reading these stories to my son. We would read one before a nap or bedtime. He is only 11 months so he probably didn’t understand or care but at times he seemed to like it.
I'm not a huge fan of a lot of the Disney animal movies and some of the stories in this book were not about the animal movies Disney has made. Some of the stories were really good and just shortened versions of the movie. Children who love Disney and animal stories will love this book. The pictures were great and looked exactly like the movies.
i liked the book. it is about all kinds of disney animals story. It starts from "The Uguly ducking" through "The Lion King." There are alot of stories in the book.
