Derek Prince

Such a fantastic book that is simple and straight to the point of what it's all about. I can strongly recommend this book to read

Though I did not necessarily disagree with the content in this book, I did not fully agree with the approach...
I believe God still heals miraculously, and He uses His children in amazing ways! I believe God heals physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that all of us can find full restoration in Christ. However, God works in mysterious ways, and He is all-knowing and Sovereign. Even if we are saved through Christ, we are still expected to go through trials and tribulations because we live in a broken sinful world. Also, our trials are what further sanctifies us and pushes us to lean on God's wisdom and grow in character.
Again, I do not disagree with Prince regarding the ministry of healing! Healing is needed in this world and the church, but I felt like his approach to this complicated doctrine was far too simple. Yes, all we need is faith and to allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives, but we also need to learn to be content in EVERY circumstance. We hold on to the hope of Christ's return and eternal life where there will be no more sin or tears! We may suffer in His name, but that should cause us to rejoice in His glory and truth. God is our Healer and Deliverer! There is nothing too big for our God, but I believe He cares more about our sanctification in Him, then temporary physical healing on this earth when we will receive new bodies in the next life with Him ♡

I’ve been praying g for people to receive God’s healing for 9 years and Derek Prince shared a number of new insights to me.
He explained how HOPE is different than faith or love yet necessary in order to receive.
He also shared a number of detailed healing testimonies at the end of the book which raised my faith and expectations of ALL that God wants to release through those willing to pray and be used by Him.
Loads of Bible verses, yet Derek Prince has masterfully arranged them in easy to understand wisdom.
Receive the wisdom and receive God’s healing!
He explained how HOPE is different than faith or love yet necessary in order to receive.
