A good book to know about the great person and a definite read for everyone.

A short anecdote that has very well touched upon the details of Sri Ramakrishna's life. The book has enlightening extracts that define his spiritual goals, his thoughts and his love for humanity. It briefly also talks about the souls that he cleansed during his spiritual journey. It is really interesting to know how he explained the existence of God stating him to be a divine power that can be in form or formless. How common man has simply forgotten the true blessing of life whose sole purpose is to see God. He had come upon this earth to remind man of the true nature of himself.
The book has pointed out the dogmatic culture that humanity has been following and preaching. The Master's pious ways of worship, how relentlessly channeling out his energy to release the suffering of each soul that touched him led to his physical degradation - the book beautifully captures it all.
It is a good read for all who want to have a short glimpse into his life.
