This was a really good book...easy to read and full of helpful insights. The ideas were all to the point and easy to understand without seeming like cliches you have already heard a million times over. It is broken down into 100 brief chapters of one to three pages that you can digest in small morsels of time. I want to get my own copy of this and have it on hand to refer to when I have a "down" day or want an idea for a boost to my self esteem.

My only gripe is how poorly this book is edited. There are missing words, typos, and mistakes like "thought" where it should say "though" and vice versa. This does not take away from the actual content of the book, but it is slightly annoying if you appreciate a well edited and professionally presented book.

I came away with such a feeling of having spent my time very well reading his book. It is a simple, but chock filled cookie jar of useful tips and explanations of how we can all reach higher and land higher as well. Every paragraph is full of informed guidance information for navigating today's often troubled waters at work and play

This was a nice read with simple ways to boost your confidence. 100 in a row was a lot, but definitely good stuff for all types of people in there. I found several methods that I'm going to try out.

I was hot and cold on this book. Some of it felt spot on, but there were other times I wanted to throw the book in disgust because it was so out of touch. It was particularly preachy about family relationships and how people are still your family even if they aren't in your life. That is not a helpful statement for many people, myself very much included, and I don't think it has any place in a book that's supposed to be about boosting your self-confidence. It had its redeeming qualities as well, but I wouldn't be quick to recommend it to someone who was actually struggling with confidence issues.

Although it has numerous advices that I think could be considered practical and some are also repetitive it still provides essential reminders that could serve us in times that we forget.

The book is simple &unelaborate. An effortless, almost forgettable reading. I'd recommend mostly to classic extroverts &teenagers, they'll highlight numerous passages from the get-go.

what I liked about this book was it's simplicity and the motivational quotes! However, it wasn't worth the 20 $ that I paid for it. It has all the information you would find in Feeling Good (Burns) or Albert Ellis or in other good books you can view on my self-help shelf. Like Think Fast Think Slow, I think it's worth the read, but not the buy, you can read it in an hour.
