I’m determined to have the kind of Manhattan lifestyle that I’ve always wanted.
A fantastic address. My dream job. A glamorous life.

I didn’t know my new life would come with three neighbors I can’t get out of my mind. Especially since one of them is my old high school enemy.

I never thought I’d see Logan Blair again. Every time I do, sparks fly between us. Back in high school I would’ve been happy to hurt him back for what he did to me.

When his secret comes out and everything changes, that’s the last thing I want to do. That can’t be right. This attraction has to stop. It’s Logan’s best friend who I’m into. Asher and I are dating. Sort of. It’s complicated.

I never believed for a single moment that I’d consider being shady to get what I want. When there’s so much at stake, the rules change. One wrong move and I could get everything I’ve ever wanted.

Or end up losing what’s really important.

Consumed by Desire is a contemporary Why Choose RH MMMF romance with high heat including mm and menage. It’s book one in the Central Park South trilogy and it ends on a cliffhanger.

So halfway through the book, I thought it was going to end in a different cliffhanger & I wasn't prepared for it, tbh. Now that I have finished the book, I can breathe somewhat lol. I absolutely despise Owen, that sneaky fox!! But I loved how the whole story developed. I cannot wait to read book 2 of their story.

Finding love...

I really like Bianca Vix's books. It seems her writing gets better and better. I especially like that her books are getting longer.

This is a bit different in that no e of the main characters are in a relationship with each other and then add an extra so the dynamic is a bit different and refreshing.

This book is about secrets, lies, but it also about finding the parts you didn't know was missing, its about finding our hearts are big enough to love more than just one.

Of course, as with all of Bianca's books there is a lot of steam. However, this book also has intrigue, drama twists you don't see coming and finding out that not all is what it seems.

Besides the secondary characters we are not meant to like the others needed more air time. I hope we see more of Riley and Violet in the up coming book.

HOPEFULLY ITS NOT A LONG WAIT!

Well now I want more!

This book had me intrigued from the start and it did not disappoint.

This story is a lot of heat and confusion ending in a cliffhanger.

If you’re willing to take a leap of faith then read on.

Bring on book two!

I read this book voluntarily for an honest review.

Ends in a cliffhanger, and the next book isn't out. Why Choose.
I really like the characters in this. I was mad the the MFC for a minute there, but was able to get over it quickly. All three MMC are delicious. It a quick read and satisfying. Well, except it's a cliffhanger!
Spicy is spicy .
Happy Reading.

Ends in a slightly small cliffhanger.

I disliked Elena at first since she seemed to be a TSTL-type of character but she learned from her mistakes so she's growing on me. Loved that her best friend Robin was a voice of reason (even though Elena didn't listen to her) but it's good to know she has good people in her life, despite her evil ex-boyfriend stalking her. I think Elena's character needs to be more fleshed-out because she seems very naive currently, so hoping for more character growth in book 2.

Asher, Logan, and Julian are so sexy. I actually felt the chemistry between Logan and Julian, and Logan and Asher more than the men's connection with Elena. Seems that every time they're around Elena, there wasn't much described sexual tension (just stated) and then they fall into bed. With the separate MM pairings, there was more time spent describing their moments together (even though very brief) and it was veryyyyyy delicious.

The pacing of the story seemed inconsistent between plot and relationship. Plot moved at a reasonable pace but missing a few details to help transition between scenes. It just seemed like something happened and then something else and something else. No one slowed down to wind-down for the day, or any of the detailed mundane things needed for us to know the characters better. It mentions Elena is strapped for cash, but other than her working her waitress job, we don't see other struggles while she's house-sitting. Is she getting paid after the whole job or is she getting it weekly? Bi-weekly? Once a month?

Relationship-wise,

I'm excited for book 2 to see how it resolves and to see their relationships evolve. I'm glad things worked out but I hope Elena matures a bit more as the story develops.

A 5 STARS ⭐️ LETS GOOOO!!! This book was AMAZING! I absolutely devoured itttt- Bianca Vix ate with this and this is the first book I’ve ever read from her. I saw this one through tiktok and just had to get my hands on it. I started reading this book when I was doing volunteering right after I finished the last book I read and I LOVED IT- I ADORED the characters! Our main fmc Elena is so real and relatable! She may have done some things that I REALLY didn’t like but even with that I understood why she was doing what she was doing and why she was doing those things. It’s refreshing to read about a mc that’s real about things going on in the book. Which is why I LOVED the dynamic of her love interests and her 😍 Asher, Logan, and Julian (aka JJ). THEY WERE THE SHIT 🔥🔥🔥 absolutely ADORED THEMMM. They all had a distinct personality and story about them that I loved. I thought the backstory between Logan and Julian was done so well and the moments that all of the guys had together were so cute 😭💗✨ (that one kitchen scene with Asher and Logan had me giggling and kicking my feet it was so good-) I love how they all cared about each other and their dynamic didn’t change when Elena was introduced and integrated into their group their dynamic didn’t change and they all loved each other deeply 💞 the plot was done really well I loved that ending 😭! (ugh I was at the edge of my seat) it was a really good fit for the character’s and had me engage and invested with what was going on. ON TOP of that THE SMUTTT???? 😩🔥🔥🔥 so good! It wasn’t extreme but it has me blushing and giggling iykyk- again the dynamics were done so well that even in the bedroom, all the characters worked so well together. I also liked the detail of the guys not being afraid to touch and interact with each other and being comfortable with their sexuality. That’s something that some why choose/poly books don’t have that I love. Overall this DEFINITELY got me out of my slump and I know what I’m reading next! Thank you to Miss Vix for this wonderful experience 🤭💗✨ I definitely recommend this if the premise interests you!

I don’t know if there’s anything that irks me more than when an author writes the main character with a VERY specific job clearly having done no research or anything into said job.

Our FMC here is supposed to be an aspiring journalist who studied at NYU (FREAKING NYU AND SHES MAKING THESE MISTAKES). Literally the first conversations in any journalism program revolve around the concept of ethics and consent to report. Like DAY ONE. Elena just throws any and all ideas of ethics (hell even a moral code) out the window. Then when everything blows up in her face she’s surprised?

Bffr.

I struggled to finish this book but I needed to see where it would end up. It ended on a cliffhanger that’s not really a cliffhanger because they basically answer the question you’re supposed to be left asking.

This book was good it was like a bully romance but it was only one of the characters. She gets caught with them and it nearly destroys everything but they make it through. They all work well together. They make a lovely quadruple

Oh my! The FMC bugged the crap out of me but I could not stop reading. I really enjoyed the 3 MMC. Hopefully the next book brings more of their personalities out.
