Most of the book is spent in vague generalities (which I skimmed) followed by "now do this specific workout". There's little on what make the workouts tick or how to put together a plan to meet one's needs. The much-vaunted "80/20 rule" isn't really explained and there's nothing on periodization or managing intensity. A third of the pages go to blank training logs that could just as easily have been a PDF online. I found Friel's books fare more useful.

I like Mora's explanations and stories, etc, and I like the look of his sample training schedule. I don't think I can have a real opinion until I try it though. So, I'll update this as I try the training schedule.

Muy general pero muy inclusivo. Especial para los que estamos comenzando en esta exigente disciplina-
