A bit dry... lot of interesting facts, but not very much. Does not actually offer deeper insights in the matter. Often feel like some promo material, a very long advertisement article.

Lots of interesting data on a variety of green foods. A bit dry. I would like to know how much of each I should drink. And where to buy. And if the powdered green mixes are as effective as the fresh greens.
