Great collection of puzzles good for the "woodpecker" method described by Axel Smith in Pump Up Your Rating. Starts really easy and then around #300 or so you get some positions that take more than a few seconds.

Really good manual for training tactics. Starts really easy (mate in 1) and gradually increases the difficulty. I would say it’s appropriate for someone in the 1200 range and each section is supposed to increase the difficulty by 100 points. Also includes tactical ending puzzles that should help practice visualization. Will give you a good workout!
