Given it was written in 2003, some of the resources at the back are old. However this book is full of great activities and suggestions to make a kids yoga session engaging. It's developmentally appropriate (though I'll definitely hold off on inversions for storytime) and thoughtfully put together.

I really liked it, it had some great ideas. I'm going to need to own it to make good use out of it though.
