He describes his style as "humorously serious with inclusion of occasional rapid-fire satire, similes, metaphors and wisecracks." Fifteen preview readers helped sharpen the content.
I was in my daughter's dentist office when I saw the book on the table and found out the orthodontist next door wrote the book. I went by and bought it. I loved the title and chapter titles. I have adopted running (I am more like walk/run) as my 2nd half of life sport. It's free, can be done anytime anywhere and the running community is large and very interesting. I finished 2 5ks so far this year (4/30 and 6/11). I just wanted to get through it but now I want to work on my time.
