Shadowy powers closing in. Children of Heroes, not yet heroes themselves. A new generation rises.

Prince Azlo and Princess Nadir have always had Tales of Storm Company and their father Zeke constantly looming over their heads; the success of their heritage creating a shadow so large it casts a void-like pall on their very existence.

Too bad for the world, the royal children are completely disillusioned with the tales. After all, how heroic can one be when your children are left without you? Convinced that they need to find their own paths forward and forge their own legends if they're to ascend the throne one day, the children set off to find themselves.

It doesn’t take long at all for them to be deeply entangled in a web of Brindollan Affairs.

Forge Sorcerer

Having grown up in the shadow of their martyred father, Azlo and Nadir are struggling to find their own identity and destiny. They constantly reminded of what their father did and how heroic he was. It is hard to compare yourself to an absent legend. They need to go and develop into something other than his child before they could possibly take the Unseelie throne.

This is a great start to a connected universe series. While it does pull heavily from its parent series, Axe Druid, you can certainly enjoy this book without having read it. The mechanics for Azlo’s class are fascinating and I am really enjoying the way that his character is developing. I’m looking forward to seeing how this series will tie together with the author’s other follow up series, High Table Hijinks!

Worth reading

I recently finished reading this litrpg book and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The writing was solid and I was pleasantly surprised to not come across any mistakes. The author did a fantastic job in creating interesting and unique characters, and the twist of having the main character not be the most powerful of his peers was truly captivating.

The beginning of the book was a bit jarring, as it felt like I got dropped into the middle of an already underway story. However, this quickly passed as I became more familiar with the world and its characters. The narration was superbly done by two talented narrators, who each gave the characters their own distinct voices, bringing the story to life.

Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves litrpg or just a well-written, action-packed adventure story. The characters, the world, and the writing all came together to create an unforgettable reading experience. If you're looking for a great book to get lost in, this one is definitely worth checking out!

A Must Read Author

This book is in the same universe ase one of his earlier series. And just like those books, I find myself unable to put them down. It's torture having to wait for another great book to be published.

Great continuation of this universe. Good first book in this series. The multiple perspectives are well written although i wouldn't mind a bit more Nadir.

I am pretty sure this book was written by a computer. I could be wrong, the computer might have a better grasp of how to write than this author.
