Terrific book along with workbook for not only individuals seeking help with their "Picker" and avoiding unhealthy relationships. But this book and workbook are great for therapists to give to clients, of which I have done myself. So many of us were raised by inappropriate parents that were dysfunctional. This book addresses the many signs and symptoms of a dysfunctional individual, what to look for, and addressing our own feelings of insecurity, shame and guilt.

I found the book interesting, but the workbook was not worth it (in my opinion).

I very rarely give 5 stars and certainly not when I'm only halfway through the book, but it is that good.
