KONG is a hypertrophy program inspired by the training I implement after long periods of strength-specific contest prep. The goal of KONG is to subject you to a lot of reps with a wide variety of exercises, to try new things, have fun in the gym, resensitize yourself to heavy weight and get really jacked in the process!
