Average revision book

Other books in this series were much better written. I had to get a tutor to explain some of the stuff in here. For example, in the same paragraph,

Equity permits the burden of restrictive covenants to be passed.

It is only the benefit of a restrictive covenant that can pass in equity.

Um...what?

The criminal law review book in this series was great, but the land law book left me scratching my head and paying for a private tutor.
