This is a story about a human intentionally stranded on Mars in a last ditch attempt to find a habitable planet. The aliens accept him, one seduces him, and they live happily ever after.

While it's hard to write a full story in such a short span, this story had the potential to be more than it was given some more time and pages. The story was cute, and the writing smooth, but there wasn't any conflict to sweeten the HEA, and I didn't get the feeling of falling in love, but rather it was passion inspired by an aphrodisiacal fruit.

If you like quick, easy romances, check it out. While there wasn't anything wrong with the story, I prefer my heros to work for their Happily Ever After. Ah, the bane of a short story!

Move over Ray Bradbury! This is so much better than the Martian Chronicles. I don't think that I will ever look at Sci Fi the same way again.
