I have had this book in my bathroom for several months, finishing it slowly, contemplating. It is the perfect room for that. The book covers a lot of awareness areas, but only touches on them. The art work is lovely. If you want to go deeper, this is not the book for you, but if you want different perspectives and prodding in a gentle way, this is it.
It is a very deep book with very nice illustrations. Everything is depicted in a very beautiful way! By reading this book, I could enhance my view regarding how I see this life.
this book is a special one with lots of meaningful art work & illustration for reflection also.. very deep insights are provided in very short & small paragraphs per page.. i often refer this book even after reading it twice whenever some jewels of knowledge i have to contemplate.... few topis i really like are about renunciation, death, overcoming physical pain , pattern of blessings etc.. Again special appreciation for such nice work
A very interesting book, which is more suitable to meditate on than to read in a classical sense. The chapters on Inner Peace, Seasons of the Spirit, Inner Power, Energy of love... are kept short but contain a lot of messages. Most of them are accompanied with exercises. A good book to own and read it every now and again.

This is the kind if book you read slowly, because there's a lot of information & a lot to get from it if you put the thought into it. Not a quick read, but a good one.
This book is best for guided meditations, providing many exercises to exude a calm soul. There are also great passages on dealing with loss, helping others, etc.
