I think that this book has a lot of helpful information in it. When you are diagnosed with a disease that has no cure it is nice to get as much information as you can to help manage the symptoms. This book was easy to understand and explained how so many different symptoms can arise from one particular disease. I would recommend this book to anyone that has PCOS or knows someone that has PCOS.
