I think that this book has a lot of helpful information in it. When you are diagnosed with a disease that has no cure it is nice to get as much information as you can to help manage the symptoms. This book was easy to understand and explained how so many different symptoms can arise from one particular disease. I would recommend this book to anyone that has PCOS or knows someone that has PCOS.

Since getting serious about trying to have children, I thought I should read up on PCOS. It contains a lot of information on the causes, symptoms and treatments for women. Very informative, though it's too bad the girls on the cover seem unhappy.

in some ways, she was very encouraging and gave good tips on how to take charge of your health and not let a doctor dictate it. on the other hand, she did not offer much alternative to hormone therapy and at points she made it sound as though if you could not see her, you were hooped.
