In the 20th installment of the Silencer saga, this was a novel filled with mystery and suspense that was a great read because the Silencer team were working diligently to stop a stream of diamond heists that were taking place in rapid succession throughout the city. Finding the the players involved and the mastermind behind that heights was a needle in a haystack even for Jones and they no longer have eyes and ears on the street from any informants at the moment to give them the intel they needed to get to the bottom of it.

This was one of the more difficult cases the Silencer team came across because the assailants behind this caper could be anyone in the underworld, either within the city or outside the city. Even the help of the mob boss Vincent and his crew, they still were unable to specify who was involved, only knowing they all were connected since the heists involved taking only diamonds and leaving all other valuables behind. Will the Silencer team be able to stop this crime spree before innocent people are hurt or killed? They are on a race against time.

This was another great fast read in the Silencer saga as it had the right mix of mystery, suspense, and drama. Center Mass is highly recommended.

DIAMONDS. DIAMONDS. WHO’S GOT THE DIAMONDS?

“Center Mass” is the latest “Silencer Thriller”, and like the past releases a difficult one to put down, even for dinner.

Mike Ryan has created another “twisted plot” that grabs you early and just doesn’t let go. Of course there is always a bit of humor in it as well, (sometimes that’s a bit twisty too).

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and this series is always on my “Must Read” list. As always, as it is a series I strongly recommend starting at the beginning of the series, as in this book there really isn’t much of a “backstory” provided for new readers. Whis is fine with me as I’ve read them all and really don’t need it.

I Highly Recommend This Book>

Another very intriguing story on the Silencer series with Jones, Recker and Haley trying to unravel a case with almost no tangible evidence or facts to begin with. As the threads begin to appear and clues are followed up, the action is as always fast as the story evolves. An interesting final thought to be carried forward to the next book too.

No one in danger this time round

On this occasion the team focus on a group of thieves robbing jewelry stores. Different for them as they usually pick up jobs that involve someone at risk
It's good, enjoyable and the usual levels of action. Mia hardly figures in it and nore does Vincent except for. Few pages at the end
It's noticably different, but still very good

Love the silencer as always.

I love this one and as usual Malloy joins in.. I would like to have them get a cop on their side just in case something goes wrong at some point.

These books had fewer misdirected moments than others in the series. Still good, just more direct in plot.
