You may not lose weight in 7 days but it gives you all the information on changing your habits so that you can be healthy over the long run. It doesn't mean you cannot do it in 7 days. I did not try it.

Simple health management program, requires serious commitment to actions recommended for it to be worthwhile, like any health and exercise book for it to work you have go to work.
