Great non-fiction book about Spring! It talks about the animals in Spring, what changes in nature, the weather, and mentions the holidays that happen during Spring. The book has real photographs of different things in Spring which are nice. Even though the pictures are old, they are still relevant.

This book describes how you can know it is spring such as when you see flowers began to grow, hear a baseball game, and events like Mother's Day. It is very short and good for pre-K/K students.

Explains the season in a way that younger children can grasp. Did not like the holiday info and chose to skip it during story time. Nice photos but wish they were updated for 2K.
