Good book, great illustrations. Nitpick: my research shows there are no blue ants as stated on Page 8, but there are wasps nicknamed blue ants (there are purple ants though)? But hey, there are thousands of ant species yet to be discovered, so maybe in the future my nitpick will be voided.

This book is an example of non-fiction done in story form.VERY nicely done. They pictures are very detailed almost as good as a photograph I have an ant farm at my library and this book added to the information I already had about ants. I love the art work, and I think ants (even when the Harvester Ants stings me) I still think they are cool!!
