A great book to help children learn to read. It has a picture and the word below saying what it is.

This is not a book I'd necessarily recommend to anyone, certainly not for read-alouds. It's basically a collection of scenes from Disney movies (or imagined scenes from beyond the movies...like Lady and the Tramp at the vet), with word labels all around each scene. But my kids just loved to pore through it individually or with each other...and most of the time they were content to do so without me. That counts as fostering a love of reading in my book.
