A beautifully told book that tells the story of Leo Hauser and gives us information about his life. The story of the Holocaust from the point of view and character of a certain person brings us much closer as readers and people who did not live to see all these events. Inge Deutschkron has not written any valuable literary book. The language and style of the book is very simple and written more historically, narratively. But that doesn't mean it's not a good book. But those reading this book should not come with that expectation.
