As an overwhelmed new mom, I nearly lost myself completely – until one day I’d had enough. Sick of feeling hopeless and numb, I decided to dive into the paranormal, and haven’t looked back. My story is a bit of Julie & Julia meets Ghost Hunters: a tale of self-discovery through finding ghosts. Come with me while I sort through my relationship with the paranormal, beginning with a complicated childhood home life, through postpartum depression, to finally finding peace and community as an adult. Along the way, we’ll cover some common paranormal theories and investigation tactics, and the macabre histories of some haunted locations I’ve explored.
