Came upon this in a little free library and gave it a shot. I tend to read every book on the art and craft of writing even if it doesn't pertain directly to my interests. This book is geared more toward classroom activities and individual activities for finding and developing ideas through newspapers, your family history, myths and legends, and life in general. A majority of the later chapters focus on script writing (which is not my particular goal, but something I appreciate nonetheless) and I would say it is good for that, and some of the ideas and activities can be good for somebody with a bit of writer's block looking for something new. There is nothing groundbreaking here, but I don't think there's supposed to be. I'd pick it up again down the line if my interests shift.
