This book has the benefit of being a much easier read and resource than the standard Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. It isn't as comprehensive however. It does give practical suggestions how to make and store your own food in a small amount of time helpful!

Great, quick start book for feeding small babies. Difficult to read on screen, because of the formatting and text size of the tables, though.
