I started reading Jack Prelutsky books because a friend of mine was trying to find a poem she read as a kid, and couldn't remember the author. On describing the poem to a friend of ours who used to work in the children's area of Barnes and Noble, she said it might be a Prelutsky poem. So, since I had finished all of Silverstein's books anyway, I started in on his. Of course, my friend did eventually find the poem, and it was by someone else, but oh well, I'm enjoying Prelutsky nonetheless. This one was good - not my favorite so far, but enjoyable.
