I wanted to use this book but I couldn't. A good organization book inspires me to action using either great photography or concrete achievable tasks/missions. A GREAT organizational book does both. This one does neither. Instead, the book reads like a collection of unrelated magazine articles.

The binding makes the book hard to read. While the pages are cleanly laid out, the book just wasn't a pleasure to hold and read. Maybe I'm being picky, the book just did not feel right in my hands.

There are some great ideas in here. But it's kind of like looking through the end of season sales rack -- I needed to weed through some shopworn and out-of-date ideas before finding something I wanted to take home.

A very good organizing book for families. Even though I don't have young children at home, I definitely found good ideas for garage storage, photo organization and basic home organization. I skimmed large portions of this book that didn't apply to me but I would highly recommend it to families of young children for organizing their rooms, their schoolwork, their book bags and their schedules.

Some good ideas for those who are completely challenged in the organization department, otherwise this is common sense for those of us who are even mildly organized. A lot of repetition from chapter to chapter, and even within chapters. Writing is so-so...Some formatting issues in the e-book version.

This book thoroughly covered lots of areas of organization for a family. However, I didn't learn anything new, or glean a plan of action. This would be good for a first time mom. Most of these topics are covered in parenting magazines and a felt as though I had read them all before.

I honestly could not get into this book. Organization is so boring, I think I would rather live in a chaotic fun house :)

Okay, though would be better suited to a family with young children. Nice layout, and some interesting ideas I would definitely try if I had young kids.

The book had a few good tips. As someone who does not have children it was harder to find as many tips relating to adults. It was okay and gave small ways to break down larger tasks.

Very, very basic. I consider myself an organized person, but I'm always looking for new tips and tricks. I found none in this book!

Great tips!

The CPR trick is great. Good advice for every situation! Some handy worksheets, too. I found the beginning chapters most helpful.
