This is defiantly not a children book, there is way too much in depth meaning behind what is going on. Although, I am sure that children will love this story, adults would understand at a much deeper level. The art work in this book is also very incredible, I can tell that some of it was rub-on (meaning that the artist took a piece of paper and rubbed an actual object (like a leaf) to create the art/picture of the object. It is truly a beautiful book from every angle! I really liked it!
