I thought it was an interesting book because a family adopted a mouse for a son. At first Stuart (the mouse) didn't fit in and the cat Snowbell especially didn't like him. Eventually they all liked him and made him feel like family.

Who'd want a mouse as family?

It was so surprising 😮 when SNOWBELL HELPED STUART EVEN THOUGH SHE WANTED TO GET RID OF HIM.

I picked up this book for my nephew and he read it and liked it, so he gave it to me to read. It was a really quick read and I'm not sure how much it follows the original book, but from what I could tell, it may follow thr movie. It was pretty simplistic, so I would recommend it if your child is just moving into beginning chapter books.

This was ok, but probably not something I'd want to read again.
