I liked the idea of what this book was trying to achieve, but in some ways I think this book was intended to be for an older audience. It is kind of interesting to read some of the outdated nutrition advice as it seems this was written when low-fat diets were all the rage. (Or perhaps the Editors of Men's Health were just behind the times.)

I predominantly read this as a daily reader, as it seems to be designed. I would recommend this book to anyone, male or female, in the long run much of the information is tailored to men but is universal to a good longevity program. I make this statement from my own expertise in the areas closely related to the idea.

1st part about nutrition was helpful. The rest was not quite what was expected. Maybe if I were older it would be better.
