I read this book years ago. I had to find the book on the internet to buy it because it's out of publication. It's the story of Hester, a 'crazy' bag lady in Philadelphia. A feminist lawyer tried to champion Hester's civil rights. Very good book. I'll probably read it again a few times before I die.
