I think this a wonderful book for children who are starting to read longer books and people who are fans of the original TV show. I personally loved this book because it made me feel very nostalgic while reading and this was one of the first books i ever read when i was young. and i can highly recommend it to anyone who has a child that's a fan of pokemon or themself's are a fan Buy it now

The book is a very good book because I like the part where the giant
pokemon show up. I don't like the part where Ash's pokemon get lost
from and the part where the S.S.Anne sinks.The team rocket seemed a
little nicer in the story to me.I loved the book because it's very

I blatantly refuse to ever become too old for Pokemon (Pikachu and Dragonite rock!!!!) and this was one of my favorite all-time anime episodes, so naturally I have to write a review. Ash and co. find themselves trapped on a cruise ship by Team Rocket, there is a battle, the ship sinks and Ash and friends, plus Team Rocket trio of Jessie, James and Meowth must find a way to escape their fate at the bottom of the ocean. They eventually find themselves on a seemingly deserted island, and separated from their Pokemon. Read this book to your kids if they are Pokemon fans, or watch the anime episode! It's a good one!

This is a fantastic book I know,I read the hard copy of the book in the english version.The story is about Ash and his friends going to the Island of Giant pokemon because they got tricked and found a piece of land which they saw lots of different kinds of giant pokemon.I love the part where Pikachu was astonished when seeing a giant pokemon without Ash and his friends knowing.I think that this book is very interesting because of the giant pokemon which scared Ash.I also like the big pokemon,I think they are quite good looking.I will recommend this book to children and teenagers.

My favorite part of the book was when Ash, Misty and Brock landed on the mysterious island because there was giant Pokémon! I gave it 4 stars because it was very interesting. I liked it when Magikarp evolved into a Gyarados! It was cool. I didn’t like it when ash and his Pokémon were separated because I felt bad for the stranded Pokémon.

Follows the story line of the TV show very closely. My son enjoyed it because he loves Pokemon and watched the show first. Great first chapter book for him due to that. However, mom's not a big fan of the TV shows turned into books idea.

Honestly, I had a lot of fun reading this at my age. 😂 I read this when I was younger originally and don’t remember much of it but reading it now (I’m almost 32 😵‍💫) was actually enjoyable. There was humor, it was fast paced, and above all else, it was very nostalgic.

They completely missed out the introduction of Brock, he was just suddenly there. They also miss Ash getting his first two gym badges and catching any of his Pokemon.

Read as a kid and liked it showing the Pokemon talking. I wish more of that was shown in the shows or games.
