This book has guided me on the road to wellness. I am now eating 100% clean. I have detoxified my body. I am currently abstaining from eating any type of meat as well. I am now very particular as to what i put in my body and on my body.

I have learned to cook clean and eat more fruits and vegetables. Not just steamed, but raw as well. Excellent book for when you want to gradually change your lifestyle. The book encourages you to do what you are ready for. It does not state that you must do this and you must do that. It clearly states to only do what you are ready for and what you can handle. All things are not meant for all people. I truly appreciated that. This is what allowed me to even embark on the journey. I find that I do not even have to go back to the book for reference due to the fact that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet or a fad. It is easy to follow once your mindset has been changed. If you want to take care of yourself, this is a good book to read and follow.
