Each chapter of Forever Fallen begins with the reader following the killers mind from his early days on a farm in the great pines section of Central New Jersey. His descent into madness starts as a sexually abused child and the fall continues when his mother , who belongs to a satanic cult, force him to join in the orgies. After a brilliant education in Medicine, he specializes in Pschiatry and accepts a position at a huge mental hospital on Long Island In New York. On the sprawling grounds of the hospital, a serial killer preys on young female inmates, killing and mutilating their bodies. The insane killer, striking from underground catacombs which enable him to move unseen from building to building , explodes in a frenzy of murder when a fierce blizzard paralyzes the area and cuts the hospital off from the outside world. A young divorcee and a retired New York City policeman attempt to solve the mystery of the murdered girls against a backdrop of the current tragedy of the homeless and mentally ill.
