Dreamwork Uncovered

Rate this book
Everyone has the ability to understand their dreams. We dream to work through issues, fears, sins, debts - anything that holds us back from reaching full enlightenment. This book gives readers the tools to begin decoding dreams, understanding common dream symbols, and correctly analysing the meanings of dreams. "Dreamwork Uncovered" shows us that dreams can create inner harmony, peace, and joy. Everything you want to know about dreams is in this book: why we dream; what happens to our body in dreams; how to remember and work with dreams; how dreams take us forward to prepare for life events; the sleep process - beta, alpha, theta, and delta rhythms; making sense of nightmares and recurring dreams; and history of dreams.
