The book gave a general view on how to tame stress. It was like an appetizer for people who want to read stress-relieving techniques type of book. It is general and I wished some chapters were longer because I want to dive deep on the topic. Nonetheless, I like that the author incorporated prayers at the end, which is a good exercise/ritual to do after reading each chapter.
I enjoyed this practical book on stress management. The tips were things that I’ve already implemented in my life, but I liked her approach and her stories made me feel I could be successful. In my opinion, it really goes back to God with my surrender, trust, and obedience. The last being the most challenging. Don’t you feel me?! 😉

This book was quick and basic. It has a lot of good advice but most of it is common knowledge. My biggest takeaway from this book, outside of the Bible connections, was discovering I have hurry sickness. That day, I think 24, was me on vacation and anywhere that required walking or being somewhere on time.
Recommend to others?: Yes. This book is a good bandaid and wake-up call for those who need stress management skills but don't have time to read a detailed program.
One of the best books I've read! Perfect reminder on applying God's words in our daily lives. I appreciate how the author used her experiences and struggles because we're of the same profession. It's really a blessing and answered prayer when I came across this book. I highly recommend this book.
Beyond flawless. This is EXACTLY what I needed to read right now. Every one of these chapters related to my life and greatly helped me with what I was going through. I wouldn't trade this book for the world! (unless the world is stress-free :))
