“Christmas Spice” by Anna Leigh Keaton 3.5 stars. Hot role-play fantasy sex between a married couple. Mild BDSM.
“A Perfect Fit” by Lacy Danes 3 stars. Hot fantasy sex between a married couple and two others. M/F/F & M/F.
“The Best Santa Ever” by Katie Allen 3 stars. She shags her boss after they’ve both hidden their interest in each other for months. Santa and slutty elf costumes included.
“Stroking Midnight” by Raine Weaver 1.5 stars. Weird. Stalker fallen angel/incubus/demon. Skimmed it.
“Ghost of Christmas Second Chance” by Amy Ruttan 2.5 stars. She leaves him to see if there is something better out there and moves away. After she dies, she gets chance to not leave him in the first place. Had potential but something was off in the execution.
“Holiday Traditions” by Christine d’Abo 2.5 stars. In space, in the far distant future, former lovers wind up on the same outpost together. He explains inaccurate former Earth Xmas customs while she sits on his lap.
“Three’s a Charm” by TJ Michaels 1.5 stars. Another weird one I skimmed. Something to do with teleporting malfunction that leads to poorly written M/F/M. No DP.

Christmas Spice - Anna Leigh Keaton- 3 Stars - Victoria “Vicky”, Detective Drake - I needed a heads up about this. The scene was hot but the consent issue made it less so for me.
A Perfect Fit - Lacy Danes - Stars - Who??? - I didn’t care for the POV in this story. It made me uncomfortable putting myself in a character so I DNF’d
The Best Santa Ever - Katie Allen - 3 Stars - Alexander “Xan” Brooks, Melanie - What a steamy romp through the north pole. *wink wink*
Stroking Midnight - Raine Weaver - Stars - Calvary “Callie” Marsh, Josh - I haven’t been motivated to pick this up in two days so I am DNF-ing.
Ghost of Christmas Second Chance - Amy Ruttan - 3 Stars - Melora, Henry, Ghost of Christmas Past - A literal second chance romance. Melora, after living her life alone, has been given the chance, by the Ghost of Christmas Past, to go back and not only fix her relationship with Henry but save his life. It’s a little cheesy and everything happens very quickly but I liked it.
Holiday Traditions - Christine D’Abo - Stars - Ardara Raion, Grayson - This is not the fault of this story. I’m just not feeling reading sex for sex sake and that is how this whole book has felt. I know these are intended to be quickies and there is a time and place for that but it’s not here and now for me.

Short stories. Points to the authors for coming up with actual plot to go with the more... adult material. The stories usually have some set-up surrounding them.
That being said, I can't say any of them really stood out much. I can barely remember much about them, other than the odd snippet of a few.
The 'jewel thief encounters the officer' story would honestly have been a little disturbing if the twist hadn't been a little predictable.
And the last story (?) about the married couple going to the motel for time away from the kids was a bit confusing - the time skips were unexpected, I wasn't even sure who was who since we'd only gotten two pages to be introduced to the characters (if that) and then we had about 20 more people and a complicated family situation dumped on our laps.
Over all it wasn't bad, but I couldn't recommend it. I'm glad it was a free e-book version I got online and not one I paid for.
Rating solely for Jackie Barbosa's Epiphany. Hot and sweet little novella. But for full enjoyment, grab Carnally Ever After too, which is Louisa and Alistair's story.
I got as far as the third story in "Best Santa Ever" and just couldn't take it anymore. The stories just throw you in willy nilly in the middle of everything going on that by the time you figure out what's up and what's down, the story has already ended.
interesting anthology; free ebook. Some of the stories were OK, some really good, a couple just bad. All very short but with a lively gorup of adults willing to try anything.
The Good out-weighted the bad in this anthology and I really liked it.. Also found out how much I enjoyed role-play and look forward to it, in my marriage (whenever that happens)
