I loved this book and resonate to Eilat’s Model which has brought me so much self-acceptance and self-forgiveness. So more and more I find myself making those little changes, the ones that bring me relief or a giggle . If you are familiar with Eilat’s work then some of the chapters may be a refresher. If you are new to her work then it will be refreshing 🤭 however for me , at least , the last two chapters of this particular book really stood out for me. Totally worth the read

What would I do if I loved myself?

I really enjoyed reading this book and it definitely gave me some useful tips for changing my outlook and thoughts on things. Do I think this book was a little drawn out? Absolutely, but then again did it help drive the points into my brain? Also yes.
