The Story conveys how people with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities can overcome being ridiculed by people who don't understand what it’s like to live with a disability; and those who cannot see past the disability to find the person within. Whirl Wind is also a superhero who defends kids from school bullies and the city from crime. He lets everyone know that they can do anything they set their mind to; no matter what their situation may be.
