The restaurant industry is one of the most difficult ones to start a small business. This book challenges the application of using GAAP accounting practices and recommends a solid cash flow management systems that is built around ensuring your restaurant business is profitable. Its a book that takes reading with real world application from your business to follow along and help you as an owner. Would highly recommend to any restaurant owner.
