My 3-year-old requested a book about babies, and this was the first title that came up on Open Library. It's just a generic book about the behavior of babies, and that is just what she was looking for. I didn't like it as much as Gyo Fujikawa's books about babies, but she oohed and aahed over the illustrations and pointed out all the babies she thought were cute.

This book is adorable. The pictures are clear and the rhymes are easy to follow. My daughter even had the last word figured out, which I think is a great thing! She's got a baby sister coming along, so I thought revisiting some baby books would be a good thing. Though, this one might be a little below her level.

The perfect length for baby storytime with rhyming text and lots of places for adults to participate. Text is nice and big.
