Fabulous book. I really enjoyed it.

Story line wasn't too bad. Author gave the h some mad skills such as shooting and self-defence, justified as her mother (a prostitute) wanted her to be able to take care of herself. Insta-love, chased by bad guys, sex on the trail.
Sex scenes were boring and unrealistic. Constant DP with only spit as lube - not my idea of a fun time.

Adam, Warren, Amanda, the Founders of Lusty, TX in partnership with Caleb, Joshua and Sarah. Adam, Warren & Amanda set out on a trek into Indian country in order to find her legacy. They have a lot of hot moments as well as several dangerous scrapes along the way. This was a pretty interesting story and had no trouble keeping my attention the entire time.

Love Under Two Lawmen is set in the wild west Waco, TX. Amanda Dupree arrives on a train, not looking for love, but to find a legacy that her father gave her on his death bed; a father who didn't even claim her till his death.
Seeing the two gorgeous lawmen on the train platform caused Amanda's body to react to their sexual magnetism. She tried to remember that she couldn't trust the law; they were as crooked as the crooks. Amanda learned long ago never to depend on a man; she was strong, and knew how to defend herself, she didn't need men for that. She had a successful business in Richmond, VA. This was to be a quick trip to come get her legacy and go.
Adam Kendall and Warren Jassop were waiting for Amanda Dupree, supposed to take her to their friend’s house. When they spotted her they both knew that they would have her, she was gorgeous. Even though they loved each other, they knew the time had came to take a woman to make themselves complete. Even though they didn't know why she was there, they knew that she wouldn't be going back east. Amanda's hidden passion was going to be discovered by these two lawmen, but she knew the danger she was in and their extra protection was a bonus.
Going after the treasure brought them closer. They showed her what true passion could be. Amanda loved watching the two men as they showed their love for each other and each showing Amanda that they could love her separately. In the end, it was not the hot and steamy sex that Amanda was running from, she needed to know that her men trusted her to let her be what she needed to be…independent. That even though she loved the hot sex and them she couldn't lose herself or become what her mother had.
Adam and Warren's love showed her that she could have it all. They weren't there to stifle her independence. They wanted to be a part of it. In the west, sex was hot and dirty and Cara carried it out to the end. Who wouldn't want two lawmen to protect love and cherish them? This story is worth a second or third read. Also this is a sequel to Love Under Two Gunslingers, but can be read alone. Cara weaved the two stories so that you could easily follow.

This one was fun to read, mostly because of Amanda and her attitude towards things in life. She never batted an eye at Adam and Warren being a couple, Sarah having two husbands, or both Adam and Warren declaring they both are attracted to her and looking to do something about it, all three together. I think that Sarah's upbringing helped with her acceptance.
I love what Sarah and her men are doing with the money, love that they are building a town for like minded people, to have a safe place, one where no one degrades them for the people that they love, no matter the combination. I look forward to reading more in this series, to see what the town becomes.

Amanda has come west for several reasons to meet a cousin she just found out about, to escape a wanted criminal and to find her legacy, what she wasn't expecting was to find two gorgeous lawmen ready to ride out with her...Adam and Warren are the closest of friends and are also lovers they figured they'd each have to settle down one day and resigned themselves to never really keeping their love, but one look at the beautiful redhead has them hoping against hope....not going to lie this one had me tearing up at the end not gonna say anymore...onto the next

I love menage. Love. but this story just dragged. I really enjoyed the first book of the series but this one just did not do it for me. Im hoping it was that it was a historical and the whole quest for gold was kind of - bleh, maybe the rest of the series will pick up the pace and not almost put me to sleep....

What a fun and sexy read. I loved reading about Adam/Warren/Amanda and a reuion of the Benedict family and there new baby twin boys Charles and Samuel. This is the beginnings of Lusty Texas and I love it.

Still very enjoyable and interesting to read about the history of the town Lusty, Texas. Good storyline and well paced with some nice M/M action to mix up the threesome. Looking forward to reading about the town in more modern times.

I love this series. While the series isn't your typical romance, it's still a fun read. I particularly enjoyed this book, as it explained more of the history of Lusty, Texas.
