Caeasr Salad and I Like It! is a compilation of child writers and child illustrators aged 6 to 17. All poetry and illustrations are food related. Our poets are from Iowa, Texas,Florida,Maryland,Pennsylvania,New York,New Jersey, South Carolina,Georgia,Kentucky,Idaho,Arizona,Illinois, California, Virginia and Montana. Our Editor's Choice Awards went to Holly and Anna Jones for "Slimy Black Bananas", Jaclyn Walter for "Caviar" and Susan Payne for "Milk and Bread." This title should have a long shelf life as some of the poetry was written simply and by 6 and 7 year olds. There are also some well written poems by many teenagers. Cute illustrations and the book also has a recipe for Caesar Salad!
