It was cool how they talked about narwhals being unicorns of the sea and tried to be almost like a nonfiction book describing unicorns. When I asked my daughter how she would rate it she said it was OK.
A short chapter book that examines the origins of the legendary unicorn. It describes some of the magic ascribed to the unicorn and some of the ways that a unicorn may have been created or creatures that may have been mistaken for unicorns. It's an interesting mix of myth, history, science and fantasy.
