Crudelli covers a lot of ground. This is one of those inch deep and mile wide kind of books, so don't expect otherwise. However, it is a valuable reference for those intersted in martial arts beyond a single discipline. There are extended essays for a few of the world's most popular martial arts, but most are covered with a couple paragraphs.
I did not see any glaring errors (which would be easy to do in a book that covers so much), though my martial arts experience is narrow.
It's definitely worthwhile as a reference book, even if you don't read it cover to cover (which I did, and is not that difficult.)

This is an overview of martial arts styles worldwide. Perhaps it had to be cursory to fit into one book, but it's a mile wide and an inch deep - I think I could find out more about any style covered with a simple Google search.
