This is a quick read and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an introductory book on the subject.
It contains some examples of past-life regression as well as some techniques on how to bring some memories or experiences from one's past lives.
It's is well-structed and easy to follow.

I first read this book many many years ago & still keep a copy for reference work.
It would be the first book I would recommand to anyone interested in past life regression, followed by Richard Websters.
