I have read this book 3 times and have studied it closely. I recommend this book to everyone i talk about meditation with, and those looking to grow personally. This book is gold and Mr. Selby is a god send. I have bought this book multiple times and gifted it to my friends.

This is a super useful book for what I'm researching right now, so that's where the four stars come from. The author is a little long-winded when he's trying to connect energy centers in the body to physics, a la Fritjof Capra and those dudes, so I skimmed most of that. Just give me the breathing and visualization exercises, buddy.

While I'm more of a simple mindfulness meditation sort of gal these days, sometimes I like fireworks, and this book presents a methodical, simple, and pleasurable series of chakra meditations, pranayama, and mantras that I plan to do when just watching my breath isn't enough.

This book is awesome. If you are serious about spiritual growth it outlines a meditation plan that can radically change your life.
