Jeremy James, along with Ramona Quimby, has been a popular figure in our household for some time. They are both children with big hearts, but also adventurous spirits, who just can't seem to keep out of trouble. Jeremy James' many adventures have had miss 6 and master 4, gasping in mock-astonishment, and laughing out loud on many occassions, and me along with them. This one was also the first chapter book my daughter read on her own. They are great stories for the whole family to enjoy together.

This book simply brings back very happy memories of primary school. A time when I would wait eagerly for our teacher, Mrs. Barbra to call for everyone to come sit on the 'carpet area' so she could continue reading us Jeremy James. We'd hurry across, sit cross legged on the floor and all look expectantly at her. The actual book is one all children can relate to as it captures childhood innocence by portraying the world though the eyes of Jeremy. All of Jeremy's questions, sightings, and wonderings were hilarious, but made utter sense to all of us children. Tis a happy memory book.
